Shipping policy
Timeframes
So that our Trail Tees can represent as many trails as possible we partner with Digitees, based in Tauranga, to print-on-demand. Because each tee is printed individually it takes six to seven working days to reach you. This is made up of production + shipping.
Production
Printing typically takes five workings days from payment being received.
Shipping
After your order has been printed expect 1-2 working days for delivery (rural deliveries may take longer) with delivery available on weekdays only.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its progress. We use NZ Post tracked courier services for all orders.
- Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed, as delivery times are outside of our control.
- Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout or elsewhere on the site refers to shipping time only.
Delivery Areas
New Zealand
We ship to urban and rural addresses within New Zealand. Overnight courier is available to urban addresses only. Rural delivery is available at an additional flat rate. Weekend delivery is not supported.
Australia
We offer standard international shipping to Australia. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and customs processing.

New Zealand (Domestic)
• Free shipping on orders $200 and over (urban addresses only)
• $9 flat-rate shipping on orders $0–$199.99 (urban)
• $15 flat-rate shipping for rural addresses
Australia
Shipping rates are based on the number of items in your order:
• 1–2 items: $23.00
• 3–9 items: $34.50
• 10+ items: $57.50
Applicable order ranges and rates will be shown at checkout and shipping costs are calculated automatically. The shipping method selected must match delivery address.
